SERVICES
As a birth doula, I provide support to birthing people, babies, families, and support systems from the prenatal through the initial postpartum period. As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I offer information for individuals and families to make the best feeding choices for their situations in the prenatal period and on-site support with feeding techniques in the postpartum period. As a movement artist and practitioner for 20 years, I incorporate somatically informed movement, touch, and healing into my doula work, offering non-judgmental support through this major life transformation for birthing people. I work to cultivate an empowering and encouraging birthing space for all birthing people, informed by anti-racist work and radically inclusive care.
My birth doula package includes:

3-4 prenatal visits to discuss birth plan, goals, and preferences;

Unlimited phone/text support;

On call services beginning at 37 weeks;

Continuous labor and immediate postpartum support;

1-2 postpartum visits.
ABOUT ME
Elle (she/her) is a birth doula and certified lactation counselor serving the NYC boroughs, as well as Westchester and Fairfield Counties. As a life long movement artist, I incorporate somatically informed guided movement and touch to my services. I have trained as a birth doula at Carriage House Birth and as a lactation counselor at Healthy Children Project, Inc.
